Shipping Policies

*Delivery to U.S. and some International countries. Excludes weekends and holidays. In-stock items only. Dangerous goods cannot ship via 2-Day or Overnight (this includes most fragrances).
*Orders placed after 3:00pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
*Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed on the following Monday, holidays excluded. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing in addition to time in transit.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Monday. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping: Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 5-8 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 3-5 business days. Please note free shipping specials do not include weekends and holidays.

For quicker delivery in the US, guaranteed overnight and 2-day shipping services are available if order placed before 12.00 pm EST.  All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer.  PolisheD Holistic Skincare is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation, postal service failures or acts of nature.

Overnight and 2-day Shipping: For quicker delivery, guaranteed Next Day and 2nd Day shipping services are available if order placed before 12.00 pm EST.

United States Postal Service (USPS) is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS. Be advised that the USPS confirmation number you receive from PolisheD Holistic Skincare is only used to verify when a parcel has been delivered, and is not used to track packages en route.

Items that are DOT restricted, including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via Standard Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation. DOT restricted items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, PO Box addresses or international customers.
 

OUT OF STOCK ORDERS

If an item in your order is out of stock,  you can select preorder  to purchase immediately and receive products when available. You can also select notify and you will be notified when order is available. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email.

For shipments within the U.S.: Any out-of-stock items will ship separately once they become available, typically within 10 business days. There are no additional shipping charges. If you have questions, please contact products@drnatashasandy.com 


For shipments outside the U.S.: Your complete order will ship as soon as the out-of-stock item becomes available. Out-of-stock items typically ship within 10 business days. If you prefer to cancel the out-of-stock item, please contact: products@drnatashasandy.com 

International Shipping: PolisheD Holistic Skincare is not responsible for any charges incurred at customs. Any charges determined by the destination countries customs officials is solely the responsibility of the recipient.

International orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees based upon each specific Country's regulations. We cannot be responsible for these actions nor for reimbursement of any Customs fees if products are returned.

All international orders, including Canada, that are shipped via USPS First Class International do not have a specific tracking number assigned that we can send you. USPS First Class International shipments are typically delivered in a timely manner. For Canadian Orders, Please allow 7-14 days for routine delivery. All other International orders, please allow 14-30 days for delivery.

Sometimes individual countries may hold up packages in their Customs for as long as 30 days. For all USPS First Class International orders, including Canada, we ask that you please check with your local post office if your item is not received within the time frame mentioned above.If your local post office cannot locate the package and it has been past 30-days from the date of purchase, please contact us via e-mail: products@drnatashasandy.com

All international orders, including Canada, that are shipped via FedEx International are assigned a tracking number that we send you once the order has shipped. FedEx International shipments are typically delivered in 3-5 days; have door-to-door delivery; and duties and taxes are collected upon delivery.

Please note: items returned to us marked "Refused", "Unclaimed", "Unknown" or "Incorrect Address" are subject to an additional return shipping fee equal to the cost of the original shipping fee.
In accordance with U.S. federal holidays, our offices will be closed on the following  holidays of the calendar year.
